Tasting Notes: McCarthy's Oregon Single Malt
As Craft Distilling in America continues it’s rise in productivity and popularity, there are a few American craft whiskies that are really beginning to distinguish themselves. Stranahan’s comes to mind, as does High West, and Tuthilltown’s Bourbon. But McCarthy’s Oregon Single Malt just might be my favorite.
