Chicago Whiskey Tasting: High West Whiskey at Binny’s, this Thursday, 11.19.09

Since Binny’s bought Sam’s, some Sam’s have closed, and some have become new Binny’s locations.  The old Lincoln Park Sam’s is the new Lincoln Park Binny’s, right near the Goose Island Brew Pub.  High West, located in Park City, is the only ski-in distillery in the country.  Have a free taste with their master distiller this Thursday at the newest Binny’s location.

Meet David Perkins, owner and distiller of High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. David will be sampling High West Rendezvous Rye, High West 16 year Rye, High West 21 year Rye, and his 7000′ Oat Vodka and telling the story of Utah’s first legal distillery.
